Waiting 15 minutes for a service advisor to acknowledge me. Was told recall, software update, would take just over an hour to download and I took 2.5 hours to get my service completed. I never had any issues with Abram as my service advisor multiple times. Once he was moved to parts I feared that no one would tend to me the same as I was right. My most recent experience was filled with n multiple times. Once he was moved to parts I feared that no one would tend to me the same as I was right. My most recent experience was filled with no communication from the dealership, no one in any department picking up the phone for 2 days, my vehicle was left there for 2 days and I was being told it would need a 3rd day for a simple recall and wiper motor change. When I finally did get a Lisa on the phone she was very negative and gave me attitude as if I was in the wrong for being upset. She then proceeded to believe that she transferred me to someone, but didn’t and I could hear her badmouthing me to her colleagues. I wasn’t offered a Lyft to get my vehicle back. I wasn’t offered a rental that my warranty covered. I wasn’t taken care of at all. It wasn’t until after multiple days and calls I reached the service manager Ron who told me my vehicle would be ready within the hour. I arrive and was given a $900 bill and after some back and fourth, the clerk spoke with Ron who assured that the job was covered under warranty. Horrible experience. More
