They did not look at it till following Tuesday. The only reason i found out is because i had to drive from Englewood back to dealership to talk to my service writer because no one would answer the phone. Worst dealership i have ever been at. No one answers the phone. A phone service answers then takes a message or puts you on hold or transfer you through to service writer who never answers the phone. You never get to your service writer or even the service manager ti call you back. More

The dealership is knowledgeable depending on who your service writer is. My other visits have been amazing, but my last visit was horrible.
