I would like to commend Blaine and Ramsey on outstanding service and professionalism. i have purchased many vehicles in the past and this was the best experience we had. Both were very patient and very expl service and professionalism. i have purchased many vehicles in the past and this was the best experience we had. Both were very patient and very explicit on their comments. They were very friendly and readily wanting to help and response with any answers. I called Blaine after I visited Universal Toyota and provided him the information and said "Come on over and I will beat that price and I will not let you down" I explained that it better be because I was in Converse by 1604 and he still responded that he could do us good. When my wife and I arrived Blaine already had the numbers we wanted and got us the vehicle we wanted. The vehicle that we selected was told to us that the additional accessories were not available at Universal Toyota and Blaine made it happened. Blaine in my opinion is an assest to that organization. After searching for a new Toyota Tundra in the area I live in ( Beaumont, Texas ) for a few weeks, and dealing with multiple salespeople, I was referred by a co-worker, to Blaine Waddell. I knew exactly live in ( Beaumont, Texas ) for a few weeks, and dealing with multiple salespeople, I was referred by a co-worker, to Blaine Waddell. I knew exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle, and had a pretty decent understanding of the Tundras and the model I was looking for. I called Blaine, and explained to him what I was looking for. Within a few minutes, he had several options in inventory that matched my needs. He was very thorough in going over options, and making sure I understood all of the features, and actually caused me to realize that there were a few things I was not aware of with this model, including some options that I needed that I was not aware of. Blaine and I narrowed down the options to the vehicle that would fit my needs. After dealing with Blaine on several phone calls, I decided that although I would have to drive 4 and a half hours to the dealership, that the interest he took in making sure I was happy with the purchase, and his attention to detail and personal level of service, meant that he would always be around after the sale. That's well worth a drive! I will be returning to North Park for my wife's next vehicle purchase, and Blaine is currently looking for a vehicle for my son, which I will have delivered in a couple of weeks. This has been a great experience for me, and I love my new truck. I will continue to do business with Blaine, and send him as much business as possible. On a scale of 1-10 on customer satisfaction, I'm giving Blaine an 11. Great experience, and great guy! North Park needs 10 more of this guy! Thank You, Blaine, and North Park Toyota!!! More

This is my 2nd Truck from North Park Toyota and the same salesman both times because of his desire to get you into the exact vehicle that you are looking for. Blane Waddell is the only salesman that I woul salesman both times because of his desire to get you into the exact vehicle that you are looking for. Blane Waddell is the only salesman that I would go to, not because he is the only good one, but because I feel he is a great one, in all aspects of dealing with the people that come to North Park. He is very willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied with what you are getting. Believe me when I say that there are a heck of a lot of good people at North Park. Blane is one of the great ones. I will surely tell everyone I know which place to go and whom to ask for when they get there. Blane is one of those sales people that you can trust and depend on, even after the sale, he stays in touch to make sure you and your vehicle are fine. More

Dear Sirs: I went by after work just intending to look at the 2013 Tacomas not expecting to buy one. I discussed with Blaine the options and color that I was looking for. I had researched your online inventory and was pretty sure that the dealership would not have exactly what i wanted. Well I was pleasantly surprised when Blaine took me to the exact vehicle that I was looking for. I couldnt believe it! Honestly i had intended to go to Red Mccombs tomorrow and see what they had. However Blaine was very professional,made me feel at ease, and gave me a xxxx good deal. He is a credit to your dealership and you are lucky to have him. Believe me, im not the kind of person to give praise unless i honestly feel that its deserved. In conclusion,i had no problem giving Blaine a perfect (GREAT) rating. Our experience at North Park Toyota began and ended with our sales consultant Blaine Waddell. Blaine was a complete delight to work with. He was extremely attentive and always displayed full willingness to help meet all our needs. He was by far the friendliest sales person I have encountered at any dealership. He was never pushy and always made us feel he was there for US and not to meet some quota. We were very pleased with North Park Toyota as a whole. It was a completely different experience beginning with the friendly staff and the outstanding facilities. These are definitely unmatched in San Antonio. If this is indicative of how the Khalig group does business, we look forward to many future purchases from this or any of their other dealerships. I seldom ever write reviews, but I had such great service that I felt it merited my time. I hope this helps others make their decision easier in what otherwise can be a very distrusting car buying search. More

I started my new car shopping with a USAA car buying tool that sent emails to all the local dealerships telling them exactly what I was looking for. Within minutes Blaine called the number I provided and ha that sent emails to all the local dealerships telling them exactly what I was looking for. Within minutes Blaine called the number I provided and had a price that was way below what the car buying tool had suggested. After talking on the phone, I could tell he was a no "BS" kind of guy and he gave me a great price with none of the haggling that is so often associated with a new car buying experience. I set up an appointment and went in to look and possibly buy. Blaine made the experience very easy and strait forward and went out of his way to make sure every request I had was met. Overall this was one of the easiest buying experiences I have ever had. I would fully recommend Blaine Waddell to anyone who wants a straight forward dealer that offers the most competitive prices. After purchasing 15 to 18 new vehicles over the years this was the best deal ever. Absolutely no hassles. Red McCombs was the worst experience. They charge me $2,500.00 for a 75,000 mile extended war this was the best deal ever. Absolutely no hassles. Red McCombs was the worst experience. They charge me $2,500.00 for a 75,000 mile extended warranty and North Park charged me $1,880.00 for 100.000 mile. Not to mention the zero rate financing for 60 months and a great price for a new Sienna XLE and what I considered a great trade in allowance for my 4.5 year old Sienna. Incidently, this is the 3rd automobile to be purchased from North Park. More
