After having major problems with this dealership last December, they only reached out to me after I wrote a scathing review on Google. My initial appointment was a week earlier, I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. My major issues was my Drivers memory seat was not functioning. I was informed I’d would need to leave the car for up t oil change and tire rotation. My major issues was my Drivers memory seat was not functioning. I was informed I’d would need to leave the car for up to 48 hours to diagnose the issue. My 7/7 warranty covers a loner vehicle, I was told that doesn’t start until the diagnostic’s is complete. I wasn’t prepared to leave my vehicle at that time so I rescheduled my appointment to the following week. I when home and Googled the issue, once I reviewed the video on how to resolve the problem it took me 3 minutes to fix it. I found out it’s a common problem just needed to reset the memory seat. Needless to say why didn’t the technician recommend this, that’s there job. Why did I purchase the 7/7 Warranty that should have cover my loner vehicle? That appointment was on a Friday I would have paid for a rental vehicle for at least 3+ days for an issue that took me 3 minutes to fix. The following Tuesday I returned my vehicle I told Carlos I fixed the memory seat issues just need a oil change and a tire rotation, costing me $130! In addition I informed him I just changed the cabin & air filters. The video from the technician showed the air filter was okay but the cabin filter could wait until my next service. I replaced the filters 3 weeks ago. My Vehicle has just over 41,000 miles on it.I was told rear struts were leaking and in addition brakes and tires should be replaced. I’m a retired Chrysler Manage and had Company lease Cars or Company Cars for many of my 35 plus years, the jobs I held within the company, Tool & Die Maker, Area Manager, Plan Quality Manager, Stamping and Assembly Division Manager and New Model Program Manager.
