Service was to replace a damaged door strap. The factory sent the wrong part and it will be replaced. In the meantime, the service tech temporarily repaired it which I didn’t expect but am hap The factory sent the wrong part and it will be replaced. In the meantime, the service tech temporarily repaired it which I didn’t expect but am happy they did. They offered valet/car delivery both ways and I’m very happy with the dealers service. More
