Kyle and the service team completed the first routine maintenance on my 2020 Forester which I purchased in January. Oil change, tire rotation and updates were performed. No issues were uncovered. COVID-19 made this car purchase very unusual for us in that Subaru of Gwinnett’s user-friendly website and willingness to bring the vehicle we selected to our home for a test drive, then allowed us to sig that Subaru of Gwinnett’s user-friendly website and willingness to bring the vehicle we selected to our home for a test drive, then allowed us to sign all the purchase paperwork in our home allowed us to never set foot in the dealership. Blake knew his product and made it fun to buy our car! COVID-19 gave me all kinds of time to really study the cars I had on my list. So I had done my homework and was ready to go shopping. This car was for COVID-19 gave me all kinds of time to really study the cars I had on my list. So I had done my homework and was ready to go shopping. This car was for my wife and she only joined me for the final four contenders. We started at Subaru of Gwinnett and Blake Henley. Blake very very patient with us, taking as much time as we needed to understand all the features and benefits of the Limited Forester. We took a decent length test drive went back to the dealership explained that this was our first vehicle and we needed time to analyze several more before we would be ready to purchase. Blake made sure we could make contact with him and he had permission to contact us. We received a thank note for visiting the dealership. A couple of weeks later we wanted a much longer test drive with Blake. On the drive Blake continued to educate us with the features and benefits of the car. He also helped us use any of features while we were test driving. By the time we reached the dealership we felt comfortable enough with the car to move forward towards a decision to purchase. There was no hand ringing or nashing of teeth getting to an agreement. Their price was In line with what I was willing to pay. But of course I wanted to pay much less who doesn’t! Blake was one of the most educated sales person I’ve talked to in years in this business. It makes buying a car a lot easier. No sales pressure, no circling sales managers or disappearing for l omg periods of time. We were able to take our time and the car buying experience was fun Thanks Blake for being our salesman and I hope we can sent you many more new customers. More
