Our experience with a previous dealership was an absolute nightmare, but Dallas Lease Returns has restored our faith! I can’t say enough good things about Blanca Benitez who was absolutely amazing from the i nightmare, but Dallas Lease Returns has restored our faith! I can’t say enough good things about Blanca Benitez who was absolutely amazing from the initial phone call to ask if the car was still available to post purchase details. She went above and beyond to ensure everything we needed was taken care of even after the sale was completed! She didn’t push or pressure or do all the weird sketchy things most car sales people do, she was honestly and looked out for our best interest. We are so lucky to have worked with her and will most definitely be back for our next car!!! More

As a first time car buyer. Blanca did an awesome job helping me through the process. I already knew what car I was looking for before I visited the lot and Blanca had the pulled out as soon as I arrived helping me through the process. Talking to sales people at car dealership can be frustrating because of the sales talk. But Blanca made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process and I did not feel rushed at all. Blanca Benítez, is bilingual and explains to you the way they work. She will stay with you and she will do all the paper work for closing in our auto. They work different compare to the dealerships. Working with Blanca and the DLR team was extremely easy. Knowing exactly what I wanted and doing research before going into the store, they appreciated my needs and wants, thus not pushing a sale.
