The experiences have been interesting, difficult and in some cases an absolute nightmare, however that was not the case when I chose Dallas Lease Returns. I started my search in early September and I have an affinity for buying vehicles that are lease returns, simply because you get a "new" car while someone else takes the depreciation hit! I was blessed to have Blanca Benitez respond to my inquiry and I explained my situation and timeline for making the purchase. Blanca was an active listener and made me feel comfortable in explaining my challenging buying position. She outlined a very strategic approach to achieve my goal and she did it with integrity and honesty. She described in detail what would need to be done and how she would help me and she was true to her word from the first conversation to the delivery of our new vehicle. Not only did you deliver a virtually new vehicle, but the price was outstanding as it was $1,000 below the market value for the vehicle and puts us in a great position from an equity perspective! My wife and I arrived at the showroom to take delivery and Blanca had the vehicle ready and the paperwork was in order and exactly as expected. After 15 minutes of signing documents and turning over our trade, we drove off with our 2015 Ford Explorer Limited Edition and my wife is extremely happy with the vehicle, buying experience and our salesperson, Blanca Benitez! Thank you Blanca for an exceptional car buying experience and for only promising what you could deliver upon. We will see you in about 6 months when we will be looking buy another vehicle! More

I was impressed with their inventory and the number of good quality cars that were within my budget. I looked at most places but could not find what I was looking for. After doing some research on several SUV'S for example, the Honda pilot, Nissan Pathfinder, Toyota highlander, Ford explorer and a couple more. I check prices at different places for the same vehicles but was surprise how different dealers range their price. I found out online about Dallas lease returns by goggling great places to buy a vehicle. Dallas lease returns was one of the great places, well I gave it a try after thinking why is buying a car so hard. I went to Dallas Lease returns at closing time and one of the workers still let me in to take a quick look, I was happy with his friendliness and allowing me to take a look. I went back the following days since I spotted one that interested me. while looking for the right vehicle, Blanca Benitez offer her help and ask what we were looking for, after telling her exactly what I wanted she showed me a couple and I told her about the Ford Explorer I was interested. Blanca Benitez was amazing the minute she offered her help we new we wanted to buy a car from her due to her approach. She knew her vehicles and recommended several, I already knew what I wanted and she did her best to make me get it. I had the best experience buying a car never thought it could be that easy. I was happy and excited because Blanca Benitez made me feel comfortable in buying a car, no pressure, not exaggerating, relaxed, and most of all knew what she is selling. She carries herself friendly and willing to help in any way she can. She seem not only wanted to sell a car but she wanted to make sure I had the best choice and options in purchasing my car. I felt her as a family member at some point like she knew me for a while and that made me buy a car from her I love her character she is kind, friendly, willing, and very helpful. I would recommend her to anyone who is trying to purchase a car and will guarantee to have the best experience. After purchasing my car a month after she called to check how the vehicle is working out for me. Blanca was excellent!! I called and told her my budget and the car I was looking for and she worked it out so I could walk away with more than I expected. If you don't want to deal with the drama of goin and the car I was looking for and she worked it out so I could walk away with more than I expected. If you don't want to deal with the drama of going to a traditional used car dealer go this route and call Blanca. After calling about 30 dealerships in the area I went with DLR, customer service is phenomenal and they will be my first stop next time I go to buy a car. Thanks Blanca for all your help. More
