Blanca worked with our impossible schedule to make sure we could see the vehicle before leaving for vacation. We did put a deposit down ($200) to secure it but that only holds it for two days (the best part about that is the deposit is totally refundable and goes toward the price of the car if you buy). Blanca was very knowledgeable about the vehicle (2015 Ford Explorer xlt) and was able to answer all our questions. When it came time to buy the vehicle she was great at giving us the best pricing options for financing and warranties. What set her specifically apart was there was no pressure to buy (the prices are already set low) and she was helpful while we had our toddler and baby there. She was patient and flexible the entire afternoon. More

Well three years later and due to a car accident here I am again having to look for another vehicle, I knew I could go to Blanca again and she would help. Blanca is very dependable, knowledgeable, professional, and I knew I could count on her to help get me into another vehicle. My first vehicle through D&M L was a 2012 Hyundai Tucson and not once did I have any issues with my car so I knew I could go to D&M L to get another reliable vehicle through them. As long as Blanca is working there and I need a vehicle they will always have my business. I will refer this dealership to any friend or family looking for a vehicle in the future. It gave me peace of mind knowing that I could put a deposit and hold the vehicle while I had the opportunity to get it inspected my my mechanic before making the purchase. Their level of service doesn’t compare to any experience I’ve in any dealership in the past, they even offered to take the vehicle to my mechanic. I was impressed with Blanca’s knowledge of not only about the vehicles but the finance part as well. She was very attentive from beginning to the end and even followed up to see how my vehicle was running. I highly recommend buying a car from Blanca and DLR! More
