Blanca was very patient and accommodating in dealing with our busy schedule, and attentive without being pushy during our initial visit to DLR. She was quick to follow up to my questions and requests, flexible, professional, friendly, upfront and honest. Best of all, once we came to agreement on our trade in and purchase via phone, she had the car sitting by the front door, all paperwork ready to go, and we were in and out of DLR in about 30 minutes!
