Great service The dealership had 2 cars I was interested in. Even though 1 of them wasn't quite ready for show, Blanca still arranged for me to drive that one too. The dealership had 2 cars I was interested in. Even though 1 of them wasn't quite ready for show, Blanca still arranged for me to drive that one too. I had already researched the car & it's pricing before I went to the dealership. They offered a fair price so there really wasn't any haggling. Once I made my decision, it was basically smooth sailing thru the buying process. Drove home that afternoon with my new car! More

But after we me We found an Audi A7 TDI at Dallas Lease Returns. I'm typically very picky, and looking things over to ensure it isn't misrepresented. But after we met Blanca, my wife and I instantly knew she was a completely different caliber of sales person and there to truly make our purchase experience pinnacle. Such a refreshing experience!! There was no sales pressure or shady business that most think of with used car sales. Blanca was patient and even made sure everything was ready to go and taken care of, even taking care of things before we could ask about it. We know a lot of car sales employees and Blanca took care of us beyond measure and REALLY raised the bar for everyone else! Even took care of us after the deal, which shows amazing character and professionalism! If you go through all the reviews, like I did prior, do yourself a favor and reach out to Blanca Benitez! True class and professional! Next vehicle we purchase, it will absolutely be with Blanca! And we will absolutely recommend her to all our friends!! Best experience ever!! More

She's very patient, courteous and very knowledgeable regarding our car buying experience. She didn't pressure us and she wasn't lingering around. She gave us space to talk when needed (which is everything to me) and she was able to help us go a different and much better route than what we originally had in mind. I even had a bad headache and she was thoughtful and offered us lunch. I thought that was very kind of her. Thank you Blanca, you're the best! More
