In the past I have always purchased new vehicles so this was a new experience for me. Blanca was honest, kept her word, patient, respectful, very transparent with the process, fun, real, great multi-tasker, and extremely genuine. She works in sales but it never felt like she was trying to sell me anything. The word integrity really means something to her. It felt like she wanted to help me find the vehicle that I would be happy with. You don't find people like this anymore.
