After the sale was completed, I feel ABANDONED! Can’t get a call back from Finance to discuss due date modification after reaching out on multiple occasions! Still not sure why I had to make the first payment on the date of signing, as SUNTRUP made the first payment on my previous 2021 Atlas lease. That accommodation was not ever offered to me! These guys rocked it! Found a vehicle I liked online and clicked the interested button. 30 seconds later someone called and I scheduled a drive for 30 minutes later. The truck was exactly as advertised and priced great. An hour later I was driving home my "new to me" truck. It was spotless, tank filled and radio tuned to my channels. Perfect. More
