Although there was a lack of communication through the process of purchasing the vehicle (The sales person is/was new and just needed/needs a little more training, no fault of his own we all have to start process of purchasing the vehicle (The sales person is/was new and just needed/needs a little more training, no fault of his own we all have to start somewhere) The manager did reach out to me to fully explain all of the previous confusion and made sure with out a doubt I understand and was okay with everything throughout my process. It is a now clear and much more understood. The manager even went a step further going above and beyond to find some missing equipment my vehicle should have had but did not at no extra expense to me. Having everything cleared up and getting the missing equipment has made me appreciate the purchase of my vehicle that much more. Lesson learned on my end to ask for a manager to help clarify any possible misunderstandings in my future vehicle purchases. Should The occasion arise in the future that I need another vehicle or want to trade mine in. It would be my pleasure to go back to Eagle Buick GMC of Homosassa. More

Bo did a great job providing information and maintaining contact since we live 3 hours from the dealership. Once we arrived my 2023 CT5 was clean, fueled and ready to test drive. After a couple hours of pap contact since we live 3 hours from the dealership. Once we arrived my 2023 CT5 was clean, fueled and ready to test drive.
