Just looking While waiting on service recall of my 2011 F150 I went browsing around the lot. In the used car lot a black 2016 F150 caught my eye a young man named Bo came and asked if he could be of help. I asked if I could to take the truck out for a spin and he agreed. I really wasn't there to buy a newer truck but after talking with Bo and his sales manager we came to an arrangement I felt comfortable with and I came home with a really nice truck, Both Bo and sales manger were friendly and worked to make this truck mine . Exceptional Service !! I might have just experienced the best customer service possible. My husband and I brought home a vehicle the very evening we test drove it. Bo and Ja I might have just experienced the best customer service possible. My husband and I brought home a vehicle the very evening we test drove it. Bo and Jacob were incredibly helpful & understanding, & did everything they could to get me into my new vehicle.
