Very disappointing. May be the worst buying experience ever. Went to buy and finance a car for my son who's graduating with his masters in May 22. Decided on the car May be the worst buying experience ever. Went to buy and finance a car for my son who's graduating with his masters in May 22. Decided on the car and gave very specific instructions that we were trying to build his credit and to make him the primary borrower. 6 hours later we left with the car. Just painful. A month later we get the bill and I'm the primary borrower. I go to my credit history and Beaver ran my credit twice. Hard credit hits which damage your credit rating. Now for the painful part. Called Beaver to sort this out. First call. on hold for 5 minutes then click. Call back. "Sorry no money guys here I'll have someone call you". Never happened. Finally made it to a "money guy" Asked him if he was the boss money guy and he said "yes, I'm a manager" (Pro-tip, everyone Beaver hires is a manager). After listening, the Manger says it's over his pay grade and he'll have someone call me. Two days later, about a week after we took the car, Beaver calls. Not about the purchase but to tell me there's a service due. A week after purchasing the car. I just wish zero stars was an option. More

Jeff is the go to guy at Beaver. I’ve personally have bought 4 cars from Jeff. I have referred all my friends to him as well.
