I went to Metro Toyota to look at a 2019 RAV4 when Sam explained to me that the 2019 did not have Android auto, he then showed me the 2020 which did have it. He took me around to show me the many color explained to me that the 2019 did not have Android auto, he then showed me the 2020 which did have it. He took me around to show me the many color cars and the features of them. They didn't have a black car that I wanted so he picked one up for me from another dealwrship himself. After I bought the car he got me 0% percent Toyota was offering. After I paid for it, Sam stayed after the dealership closed to explain all the electronic features of the car to me. The electronics are awesome! Android auto is very nice. Thanks Sam for helping me. What a great car, as I drove my last Corolla for 14 years, and it was still going strong. Very helpful dealership. Upon entering the very clean establishment, We were greeted with pleasantries and I asked for Chris who was handling the sale online. He introduced me to Robert who took care of all the details. Everyone was very helpful and I could not of asked for more. Robert our salesman was 100% professional and courteous. They did not have my truck at the time of signing as it came from another dealer. Within 2 hours they called and had my truck cleaned, filled and ready to go. I don't often post positive reviews like most. They earned this review and would tell a friend to visit them. More
