The was the single best car buying experience I have ever had.at Imperial Toyota. They gave me incredible service and attention without annoying pressure. Amer Hajou was the kindest and very informative salesperson. Amer and Matt Auger one of the sales manager started the ball rolling. And then Bob Baillargeonthe General Sales manager added the cherry on top by acquiring the car for me from another dealership and a sweet trade in offer. It was like clockwork. And the best part is they are still assisting me with any questions I may have on operating the new car. And when you walk in, they make you feel like a member of their family. So grateful for this car experience. And more grateful for the fairness and kindness shown to me. The car is amazing and it makes me feel like a millionaire driving it without that cost of course!! I have bought multiple cars from this dealer. Today I went for service, nothing major, oil change tires rotated and a small problem with a gasket on the sunroof.
