Disorganized process The whole process was disorganized and took forever. At one point John went up to talk with Andy the sales manager and left me there for 20min. I had The whole process was disorganized and took forever. At one point John went up to talk with Andy the sales manager and left me there for 20min. I had already made an offer online before I came in and was told it was doable. So I thought it was going to be quick. NOT! Ultimately I got the deal I wanted. Which was great! When I came back to pick up the new truck the paper work was not ready. I thought I had an appointment. John was asking for a check for the down payment before I even saw the final sales documents. He seemed very confused on what to do. It felt backwards. Shouldn't I be doing all this with the finance person? More

Best car buying experience....EVER We had a different type of car buying experience this time, in that Linda had to search other dealerships to get the truck with very specific paramet We had a different type of car buying experience this time, in that Linda had to search other dealerships to get the truck with very specific parameters that we wanted. Even though Haasz Automall did not have the truck we wanted in stock, she was diligent and did not stop until she found the exact truck with all of the whistles and bells that we wanted. In fact, after the truck was delivered, the final dollar amount was even less than the original quote. They could have kept that to themselves and we would have been none the wiser, but they gave us the lesser amount. It was by far the best car buying experience that we have EVER had ! ! We will return. More
