I bought a car a week ago. When they performed maintenance before my purchase, something happened that ruined the stereo. They told me, "the vehicle has to be in your name so w When they performed maintenance before my purchase, something happened that ruined the stereo. They told me, "the vehicle has to be in your name so we can order a replacement stereo. We will get it ordered once you sign the paperwork and it should be here by Tuesday." Friday comes, and I hear nothing. So I contact them. They then tell me "that thats not how it works and I need to schedule an appointment for them to figure out what is wrong. Our earliest appointment is a week from now." It is just beyond unprofessional. They have done absolutely nothing to make up for this mistake. These people are zero percent accountable and do not care about customer service. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Disgraceful. More
