I was living in Pa. and had leased my car thru a dealer in Pa. Several months ago, we moved to N.J. and decided to terminate the lease and purchase the car. I looked up the closest Chevy Agency and it was Elkins, who had wonderful reviews. I have had only wonderful contacts with their employees whom I spoke to on the phone and even an e mail from Mr. Elkins thanjking me for calling on them. I dealt today with Bob Borman, New Car Sales Manager, and he was indeed a pleasure to deal with and explained all the ins and outs of my buying out the lease and purchasing the car. Even explained that my car's warrantee only had about 4 months to go, and offered me a six year extended warranty at a reduced price which made sense to me and did purchase it. He was very patient and at the end of all the signing of papers, etc, took me around and showed me their service dept. and who to deal with to get my new license plates when they arrive plus other papers that will be sent by GM Leasing. All in all, cannot recommend them enough. No high pressure at all. A pleasure to deal with Bob and all the other personnel i had talked to prior on the phone. I realize they do not make little money from handling my buy out of my lease, but they could not have been nicer and there was no rushing me at all and again, no high pressure at all. to repeat, a pleasure to deal with. More

Lori, Adam and Bob were a pleasure to deal with and all are a testament to why we came back to Elkins for another vehicle. This is the second vehicle that Lori has sold to us and she made the car buying experience stress free. After a bit of negotiation, Adam was able to get to a price point we were comfortable with and we appreciate his willingness to work with our budget.
