Elkins Chevrolet is The Place to go I leased a 2018 Chevrolet Colorado from Bill Wiler at Elkins. Coming towards the end of my lease time I started having trouble with the vehicle. I c I leased a 2018 Chevrolet Colorado from Bill Wiler at Elkins. Coming towards the end of my lease time I started having trouble with the vehicle. I called service and spoke to Josh Elkins. He recommended having the vehicle towed using my GM coverage. I was able to get a loaner vehicle and the shuttle came to my work, picking me up during my lunch hour to get the loaner and get back to work. The Colorado was towed to Elkins and it was test driven the next day but they couldn't replicate the problem. Sensing my frustration, Josh asked me a lot of questions to try to see what other direction he could go in. Luckily it was test driven again and the problem happened. I was back and forth on the phone with Josh Elkins and Mike Bilbow. The problem(s) were found, parts were ordered and installed - covered under my warranty. I picked up the vehicle but didn't feel safe in it and everyone I spoke with completely understood. Andrew and Ryan Bradley took the time to talk with me. I test drove one vehicle but didn't care for it. Bob Borman came out and gave me great information on the different vehicle options that were available. While I was talking to everyone, they looked over the Colorado and contacted GM financial to see where I stood in the lease. I left with the Colorado and a lot of things to think about and research over the weekend. Andrew suggested I come back on Monday to test drive an Equinox. I am so glad I did. I had two Equinox's in the past and really feel comfortable driving that type of vehicle. I appreciate that there was no pressure for me to make any decisions that day since I still had time left on my lease. I returned on Monday, test drove an Equinox that we had been discussing and decided this was the vehicle I wanted. Bill Wiler even stopped in to say hello since he wasn't in on the day I was there. I am now leasing a 2020 Equinox for less than the Colorado and I am so happy. I will be recommending Elkins Chevrolet. More

We’ve been to plenty of dealerships in the past month searching for the right vehicle to fit our needs, and we were met with one obstacle after another, along with bad customer service at those other dealerships, BUT NOT AT ELKINS!! Pleasant experience! I recently leased a 2020 Chevrolet Traverse from Elkins Chevrolet. I first dealt with Adam Elkins who quoted me a monthly price based on the down pay I recently leased a 2020 Chevrolet Traverse from Elkins Chevrolet. I first dealt with Adam Elkins who quoted me a monthly price based on the down payment, miles per year and 36 month lease. It seemed like a fair price with no long or tortuous wait. Since this was the first test drive I went to drive a comparable Ford. At that point I knew I wanted the Traverse. Furthermore I went on line just to see if there were any similar vehicles in inventory elsewhere that I might be interested in seeing. Sure enough there was almost the identical vehicle about an hours drive away. So I called for a price and was immediately turned off by the salesman rhetoric and the price was significantly higher. I can't say enough good things about how I was treated by Adam Elkins & Ryan Bradley who finalized the paperwork and gave us the vehicle orientation. Great price, friendly and courteous. Best of all, no salesman rhetoric! More
