Having used Elkins previously, and nothing but a positive experience then, Elkins was my first (and only) call. Sadly, they did not have the vehicle I wanted in stock, but worked tirelessly to locate the vehicle I wanted. Bob Borman communicated with me effectively, understanding the value of my time. Excellent place to buy a car! I was on the market for a Chevy Traverse with specific features that I thought I would need to factory order. After having a bad experience at a local nearby Chevy dealership, who seemed "put out" because we didn't like anything on their lot, we went to Elkins. Met the sales reps, Todd Hersh and Mike Bergholtz, who made it their mission to find us the SUV we wanted. Not only did they provide the best customer service throughout the whole process, but Todd and Mike were able to locate a Traverse with the specs I wanted at a PA dealership and had it delivered within 2 days. Not only that, the Elkins team still worked with me to negotiate the best price on the Traverse, even using "flex cash" to help get us to the target price we wanted. Even the finance manager was amazed at the deal we got on our new Traverse. I would definitely recommend Elkins Chevrolet to anyone on the market for their next automobile! More

Good but not the level of last purchase Jason Labella was good. One issue was timing, dealership was too busy to get us out in a timely fashion and the car prep was rushed. An elkinschevy emblem was put on the SUV which we did not want and it was put on crooked. We had stated that the tires needed air after the test drive and this was not addressed. Had to come back on Monday to get them filled and when I asked about taking the emblem off I was told it couldn’t be done without ruining the paint. Was told they had to put them but that wasn’t the case when we brought our truck there last year More
