Mike Bilbow went over the vehicle with us and we couldn't have ask for a better guy! Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were leasing. Bob Borman the General Sales Manager was excellent as well. They went above and beyond to get me the vehicle i wanted at the payment I needed to be at. Mike Bilbow was also very helpful in getting all of the technology in the vehicle setup and explained everything very thoroughly. If you want to be treated with respect and dignity you must lease or purchase your next vehicle from Elkins. If not you're crazy! More
