Sale of vehicle and extras requested I found the sales person very knowledgeable and helpful and wanted to sell me a vehicle that met my needs and wants at the right price. The financial person Mike Berg was very helpful and was able to get me to where I needed to be and tried to accommodate my needs to the fullest Bob the person who had me sign the paperwork was ok but not as helpful as soon as I stated I did not want any extras warranties or coverage of any type When asked him about the two extra oil changes I wanted with the vehicle which I had asked for from the beginning he stated well you don't want anything I offered so we aren't giving anything extra I had asked if a roof panel bag came with the vehicle sales person stated he would check into it and it was later I found out it did not come with the vehicle. The purchase of a vehicle at the price of the caliber should come with the vehicle or when asked should be offered to the customer for free or cost. I have gotten more extras when purchasing a Nissan without question from sales person or manager without even hesitating Respectfully Rich Sweeney More

I've seen Todd around the dealership during other visits and this time I jokingly asked him If I could leave my white vette in the service garage and leave with the show room stingray. Without hesitation he said "sure, lets make it happen, come take a seat for a moment." Who knew I'd never see the white corvette I brought in for a simple service visit which by the way, as always was a very pleasurable check-in experience. I'm not sure how he was able to hit my target number and get me in and out of the dealership in only a couple hours but he made it happen, as promised. From the very start he told me the absolute best finance numbers I was able to get with my trade-in. I was very comfortable with the new payment especially after he linked me up with an insurance agency who saved me tremendously on my annual coverage. I now own one of my dream cars and Todd and the Elkins Crew made it happen. It's nice knowing I have my goto salesman forever . I appreciate being taken care of and now hounded at the door like I am at other dealerships. If you are not loyal to a sales professional at Elkins chevy, there's absolutely no reason not to work with the best. Ask for Todd. More

Friendly, patient service. We LOVE our Bolt! We came to Elkins Chevrolet from PA, "just to look and test drive" a Bolt. Left with a new Bolt. Suffice it to say, we were wowed by this car. Tony gave us ample time to make our decision, Mike took us through all its electronic wonders, and Bob offered us a great deal. We are now officially "Recovering Oil Addicts," and it feels beyond wonderful to have an EV. We look forward to never stopping for gas again. Mike also explained that savings on maintenance will be substantial; I did the math, and without emissions inspections, oil changes, tune ups, muffler replacement, and less frequent brake work, we will save almost as much on maintenance as we will on gasoline, That could be a combined savings of $12-16,000 over 10 years, depending on how much we drive it. Add in the $7,500 federal tax credit, and this car becomes a true bargain over its lifetime. Chevy's innovative design is way ahead in the EV field. We are converts! More
