He told me to look around and explained a few distinctions among the cars I expressed interest in. There was no pressure at all, but when I was ready to talk more specifically, he was very thorough in pointing out the features of each car. I ended up ordering, so I could get exactly what I wanted. Bob emailed as he got updates on the car’s progress and delivery date. He then communicated with my insurance carrier to make sure they had the information necessary to issue a policy. Nothing was unexplained or left to chance. I can’t praise Bob highly enough! When it came time for delivery, Emilia Paladino thoroughly explained every feature of the car. She is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Kevin Bergeron was very personable and clear in his explanation of the finances. Last but not least, the good service provided by Michael Watson on my previous Volvo was what got me to the showroom in the first place. More

Smythe had the perfect car for him, in this case a used Suburu with all the right safety features. Bob Cerza and the team were wonderful to deal with. They worked without a hiccup, with our financing bank. And even better, the day we were to pick up our car and after we had paid for, Bob discovered that the car's battery did not seem right. Smythe replaced the battery and fuse, no questions asked and at no cost. They were very apologetic, but really Smythe went above and beyond. It is what I have come to expect. Bob and Smythe will always do what is right and treat you and your family honorably. More
