Bob was really helpful and answered all our questions and working with my monthly budget. He showed us the car that i initially was looking for but end up buying the nicest one. He’s like an uncle that is helping me buying the car of my dreams. And he made sure to made me feel that i was secure and i was buying the right one. Thank you bob for making my dream come true! When im picking up the car, Emilia was the best person to speak to to make sure to get the full volvo experience and how to make sure you will have fun learning the full specs on your car! Total Leasing Satisfaction, Professionalism of Bob Cerza From the moment family step into the Smythe Volvo show room in Summit, New Jersey, to look at the new Volvo XC 60 and XC40 Models, the person at the r From the moment family step into the Smythe Volvo show room in Summit, New Jersey, to look at the new Volvo XC 60 and XC40 Models, the person at the reception desk politely ask how I can be served. I was promptly introduced to a sales consultant, who Introduced himself as Bob Cerza. I explained to Bob that my daughter Monina wanted to look at the 2020 model XC60. Bob immediately informed us that there are several new 2020 XC60 models and ask what preference we have in choosing the particular model, color, trims and packages. Bob ask what kind of lease we have in mind and after we explain to him our budget and preference, Bob told us he has a white colored XC60 Inscription that will fit our preferences. Bob show my daughter the available cars available in the lot and after explaining the car features, Bob took us for the test drive of the car. We like the model we test drove so right there , we told Bob we will lease the car. Bob is extremely knowledgeable in explaining the car features and the leasing process. This is the most helpful sale/lease process I have encountered in Many years of leasing cars. That very same day, Bob prepared the lease documentation and explain to us all the requirements of the leasing process, pre-delivery requirements, insurance coverage. This is the most easy leasing I have gone through in years. We were introduced to Mr. Kevin Bergeron who welcome and congratulated me and my daughter for choosing a nice and safe car. During the week when we get the insurance documentation ready, Bob is in constant contact with me and my daughter, guiding us how to download the Volvo On Call apps and how to enroll in the program. When we came back after one week to pick up the car, Bob has the car ready for delivery and he shows us again the car, its features, car keys, and how we will complete the leasing process. After Bob explain the function of the key, he gave us the car manual. Kevin Bergeron at this point took over the financial aspect of the process, Kevin is very thorough on what to avoid extra or additional cost during the leasing duration and when returning the car after the lease. Kevin make me decide on the extent of the coverage and after the consultation, the process was formalize and the documents signing was completed and the car feature consultant Emelie explain and show my daughter who will be driving the car all the features and how to go about driving the car. This is the most helpful and professional sales persons I encountered in many years. This is a total leasing satisfaction. More

We never felt pressured to buy a particular car, and we worked out if buying or leasing made the most sense for us (we ended up buying). The purchasing process was streamlined, and both Bob and Kevin from financing were completely transparent in the process. All you would want in a dealership I ended up at Smythe Volvo by chance and I'm lucky that I did. I used cargurus to narrow my search to 6 used cars within a hundred mile radius of my h I ended up at Smythe Volvo by chance and I'm lucky that I did. I used cargurus to narrow my search to 6 used cars within a hundred mile radius of my house. Most of what I wanted to look at was pretty comparably priced with comparable miles and years so I decided to start looking at the best rated dealership on the list which was Smythe Volvo. I felt a little weird walking into a Volvo dealer and saying I wanted to look at the Toyota but the receptionist smiled and said "Oh yes, that's a popular vehicle." She introduced me to Bob and we were on a test drive in minutes. Bob knew a great loop for a test drive that included a highway, city streets and a winding uphill road all within a short distance from the dealership. I was hoping for maybe a little more for my trade in but they're a business and they gotta make money too. They definitely made up for it in the convenience of the car buying process so I drove away in a new (to me) car that day. This has been my best car buying experience to date. More
