Always fantastic! I purchased my Volvo from Smythe three weeks ago but when a problem arose with the Blind Spot Information System, I had to take it to my local Volvo d I purchased my Volvo from Smythe three weeks ago but when a problem arose with the Blind Spot Information System, I had to take it to my local Volvo dealership since I live in Northern Virginia. The local dealership insisted that I pay for their repair even though it should have been covered under warranty, insinuated that possibly I had caused the problem in the short time I had the car and did not return my phone calls requesting clarification. Thank goodness for Smythe, Bob Cerza and Gabe Levy! Not only did they contact the local dealership to get more information and try to resolve the issue, but when they did not get any cooperation from the local dealership, they told me not to worry, that they would reimburse me for the cost of the repair. Truly, Smythe is the best at sales - and service. More

Smythe was not unknown to me having been a customer of theirs for a number of years prior to their moving into this new location a few years ago. Coming back to Smythe was like coming home. From the moment I walked in the door I was met warmly by everyone I encountered and professionalism was abundant and evident from everyone I came in contact with. The environment was welcoming and comfortable and the entire experience was an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. No high pressure sales tactics, fair and respectable treatment and a feeling of being important was part of the overall experience. Now to Bob Cerza. This was my fifth car purchased from Bob over the past 8 years encompassing multiple dealerships. Bob "gets it", what more can I say. He knows how to treat people, follows through, goes out of his way to try and make things right and when he says something it is sincere and honest. I had some questions and concerns that were addressed when Bob called in Rob, the the used car manager. Everyone i encounted at Smythes was friendly and helpful.
