He was very kind and courteous. When I decided it was the one, the sales process was quick and smooth. When I picked up the car, Bob once again explained each feature in detail. I love my car, Volvo always speaks for its name, and now I can say Smythe does also! More

Bob was busy so Chris Henricksen stepped in and helped out and show me the vehicle. We test drove it and I was prepared to put a deposit on it to hold the vehicle. Purchased it about a week later and it was all a very good and informative experience. Chris has many years of experience and that shows through when he was initially showing me the vehicle. Volvo has done a fantastic job with this particular model and the car is great so far with the exception of malfunctioning CD player which I will be bringing in for service to take a look at. Kevin Bergeron handled the purchase transaction with me which was fairly quick. All in all a good experience. More
