Bob was very easy to work with throughout the vehicle purchasing process. The dealership is located in Colorado, and we are from New Mexico. He was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very prompt with information requests. Whenever we asked for videos or basic details about the vehicle, he was responsive and provided what we needed in a timely manner. Also, even though she had already been preapproved with our local credit union, they were having issues for some reason at our credit union. Bob immediately offered an alternative solution that allowed her to get her a lower interest rate. It all worked out perfectly, and she’s getting her car delivered next week. More
