Robert Dedert is the man!! On my wife's insistence we went to a BMW dealership, I knew we could not afford a BMW in this new town, different priorities after move. Autohaus was On my wife's insistence we went to a BMW dealership, I knew we could not afford a BMW in this new town, different priorities after move. Autohaus was the closest. We went after 5pm on a weekday. Ran into Bob Dedert by chance, thank you God, we test drove a few cars, Bob understood immediately what we needed he found us the right car at the right price and I can't thank him enough. He gave us a luxury car buying experience, no pressure, he received my call on a weekend too. He has a customer for life. Family man, he will understand your requirements asap and that is important to me. Thanks Bob, appreciate and love the imperial blue 328xi. More

Fantastic experience with sales team at Autohaus. My wife and I arrived at the Autohaus dealership at 8:15am on June 14th before the sales dept was even open. We were greeted very quickly by the used My wife and I arrived at the Autohaus dealership at 8:15am on June 14th before the sales dept was even open. We were greeted very quickly by the used car manager, John Williams. He was very informative and helpful. Bob Dedert assisted throughout the process and ultimately delivered a near new 5 series BMW to us late that Friday afternoon. He could not have been more agreeable and helpful in seeing that we were cared for. I've bought many cars and I don't ever remember receiving the same level of care and professionalism that we experienced this week at Autohaus. My hats off to the organization. Even though we live in Roanoke Va, I foresee buying again from Autohaus. This is entirely due to the staff. The cars are great but as a former retail business owner, I know the customer can always find what he is looking for elsewhere and it's the staff that can make it special, so you look forward to returning. As was our experience this week. Aubrey Lester More
