New Car Purchase Overall I had a pleasant experience. Salesman Max Broden was a complete gentleman and professional. I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a Toyota product. Everyone else at the dealeership that I came into contact with were friendly, helpful and true professionals. My only disappointment was a finance gentleman (Richard LaRussa) who initially came out on the showroom floor after I agreed to a deal and tried selling me extended warranties that I did not want. I was then left on the showroom floor for an additional one hour and 20 min. sitting. He then came back and escorted me to an office where again I had to tell him I'm passing on extended warranty. Then he showed me a deal folder that was not mine. Frustrating and disappointing after a pleasant experience with others. My hats off also to Howard and Kathy for solving another minor issue I had. 20,000 mile check up oil change and tire rotation. Took me right in and got me right back out within the hr. Friendly Atmosphere, Great Buying Experience Staff was great, beautiful showroom, service facilities and waiting area. Nice selection of cars. Honest I receive a fair deal on a great car that I was looking for. I believe the dealership team has a commitment to providing the best service that they can provide and was willing to listen and work for the mutual benefit for me and the dealership. This is why I have provided a honest excellent rating for everyone that was involved in my purchase experience. Ron Pritchyk, started the experience, he said did everything he said he would do and worked to find what I was looking for. Everyone else was of the same character. Thank you Toyota of Scranton I am driving a great car with the safety features that I hope become standard on all cars someday. More
