Always friendly with great service. I been driving Toyota’s since 1975 and always looked forward to the next new model advancements. I owned many 4Runners starting in 1990 their a great I been driving Toyota’s since 1975 and always looked forward to the next new model advancements. I owned many 4Runners starting in 1990 their a great vehicle but they fell behind the competition In technology. For that reason I recently bought a new Cadillac XT6 . Toyota needs to redesign the 4Runner It’s too old school I’m sorry to say . My 2018Tacoma is a great truck I love it and look forward to Another one when the time comes .Hopefuly it will be competitively better than ever . I’ve bought and leased over 15 Toyota new vehicles over the years . More

Terrible People Toyota of Scranton rips you off. They sold me a defective vehicle and would not give me back a full refund. I bought a vehicle for 15,499 and a week l Toyota of Scranton rips you off. They sold me a defective vehicle and would not give me back a full refund. I bought a vehicle for 15,499 and a week later found out it was in a bad accident and had structural damage and they would not give me back the full price I payed towards another vehicle. They said it was only worth $12,000 and thats all they would give me. Is this fair to me? What did I do wrong to get penalized? More

I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a Toyota product. Everyone else at the dealeership that I came into contact with were friendly, helpful and true professionals. My only disappointment was a finance gentleman (Richard LaRussa) who initially came out on the showroom floor after I agreed to a deal and tried selling me extended warranties that I did not want. I was then left on the showroom floor for an additional one hour and 20 min. sitting. He then came back and escorted me to an office where again I had to tell him I'm passing on extended warranty. Then he showed me a deal folder that was not mine. Frustrating and disappointing after a pleasant experience with others. My hats off also to Howard and Kathy for solving another minor issue I had.
