Our first experience with Lexus, we started by visiting the dealer just to begin the process of looking for mid-size SUV's, the first of multiple dealers we would visit. A few visits later we left as owners, part of the Lexus family and enjoyed every moment of the journey. Great sales team all the way around that supported one another to take care of us like we really mattered and we felt like it was genuine the entire time. One of our visits was Bob's day off and we simply wanted to look at interior and exterior color options, we let the other sales folks know that, instead of ignoring us, they jumped in to help us, bringing vehicles for us to test drive and compare, asked us questions, guided us, etc. Most dealerships would not treat you this way. Lexus of Brookfield and Bob Hill are the place to go for all your Lexus needs, thank you to all of you for your help, guidance and being a joy to be around. More
