I like taking my car for oil changes during the week after work around 5-6pm, no appointments are needed just simply drive up and their attendant handles the rest. Plus they have extended late hours which is really convenient. Sometimes the counter associate would recommend repair but you’re never pressured or forced to have it done compared to other dealerships. The waiting area is kept very clean, there are two vending machines with a variety of snacks and a coffee/tea station. More

Service center review Brought my truck in July. In December I noticed my Rear defroster detached from window brought it in to be serviced. They took pictures of my car and Brought my truck in July. They took pictures of my car and rear defroster and window to send to the company for approval to be fixed because it was a defect in the vehicle. In March ( months later) got the call the part finally came in. Showed up 700am to have vehicle fixed and oil change. 2 hr later I only got oil change. They had no clue about the defroster. I’m ok with that it was a mistake, it happens, they will just fix it now. Wrong. Now I’m told it’s not the defrosterto be replaced it the rear window that has to be replaced and it the problem common with the vehicles and the window is now will take 2 weeks because it on back order The sales department was aces the service Dept needs help this is the third mishap there. With all that said it still a great place to buy a vehicle. See what happens in two weeks More
