Hi, let me introduce myself. My name is Bob Lynn, I have been in the Automotive industry for 40 years. When I was a young man, I loved fast cars. Well with fast cars came fast crashes. So I figured that if I drive fast cars, I better learn how to repair them. At the age of 16 I started working in a Corvette collision shop in Dallas Texas as a shop helper. During the next ten years or so i worked my way up to a combination collision and paint tech. Once I learned the repair side of things I moved onto learning the estimating side of the business. In short, I actually have had hands on experience in all aspects of our industry. I was born In Dallas and raised in Farmer Branch Texas. I still love fast cars, but my hobby has become Bass fishing. I thought fishing would be less cost to my budget, but I think, I could be wrong on that one. My main goal with Bill Utter Ford Collision is to give you, our clients, the best and hassle free experience possible. Have a great day.

My dealings with Bill Utter Ford have always been exceptionally great. This time my wife and I worked with Bob and the body shop team and our Explorer looks and drives like it’s brand new. The manager was able to respond to my issue concerning a broken part on the front of my truck. The manager reviewed their stick on the part and found only 1 left. Great advisors for service as always, Eddie always takes great care of our vehicles. This time we also had to get a repair from the colision department as someone backed into our CMax in the parking lot of great care of our vehicles. This time we also had to get a repair from the colision department as someone backed into our CMax in the parking lot of the grocery store. After the repair the CMax came back good as new!
