Terrible Experience.....again! After having an awful experience with White Plains Honda when leasing an accord years ago, I went against my better judgement and visited again this t After having an awful experience with White Plains Honda when leasing an accord years ago, I went against my better judgement and visited again this time looking for a certified Odyssey. My wife, children, and I picked out one we wanted and asked Bob, the salesperson to give us a price on our trade in. Bob gave the keys to his manager to inspect the vehicle and gave us a trade in value of $15,000. We were comfortable with the trade in value and the price of the vehicle and were ready to make a deal but despite Bobs request of a 500 dollar deposit I was not ready to give a deposit until I knew what Honda was given me interest rate wise. This could not be done on a Sunday evening with the banks closed so Bob gave me a credit application and told me to email him on Monday. However we did not make it that far because Bob called me the next day and told me they were no longer willing to give me $15,000 on my trade in. Instead they would only give me $5,500. In less than 24 hours they went down $9,500 on the trade!! It is quite obvious that they had no intention of giving me $15,000. They only wanted my deposit and would say anything to get it. They are truly one of the more dishonest dealers around. This was also the case when as I mentioned previously I leased my vehicle years ago there. They tried to get out of the deal the day I picked it up unless I gave them more money. This despite a previously signed contract. Avoid White Plains Honda at all costs. More

Buying vehicle from out of state Went back and forth with a odyssey for 2 days then finally came to a deal. I received the bill of sale and noticed a extra charge of $695.00! I asked what it was and they told me because I am not financing threw there dealership i would be charge a $695 dollar fee!!! I was pretty upset and said so if I'm bring my own money to buy the vehicle I get penalized for it?? They told me I could still use there financing then pay that off with the financing I got from my own institution to wave that fee. Well obviously that is ridicules to make me go threw more hoops to buy the vehicle. I then walked away from the deal feeling pretty upset because heres a dealer already making money on a vehicle trying to get just little more from me. Be aware people, don't let them take advantage of you!! More

Amazing Service!! About 2 years ago, I had visited White Plains Honda thinking of replacing my 1999 Toyota, at the time, I wasn't completely sure if I was ready to purc About 2 years ago, I had visited White Plains Honda thinking of replacing my 1999 Toyota, at the time, I wasn't completely sure if I was ready to purchase a new or a used car. Go forward two years to 2015 -- after many months of research on buying a car (If you haven't started, THERE IS A LOT OUT THERE in the internet, you will feel overwhelmed, but happy you're a more informed consumer). After visiting about 3 showrooms in the NY and NJ area, I was not happy either with the service or the price. My spouse and I realized this time we could visit White Plains Honda, and we are so happy we did! Within less than a week, I was able to trade in my old car for a 2012 Honda Accord. We could not be more happy with our car, or with the price. Everyone is friendly, courteous, willing to help. I'll admit I was a little impatient, I wanted to get the car on a Saturday after visiting the showroom on a Thursday, I almost pulled out! My sales associate, Bob, remained in constant communication with me about the status of the car, what they needed from me, etc. The White Plains Honda team definitely stepped it up, worked together, and now I have my new "whip" (a very nice car). I love my car, and if I ever need to finance or purchase a new or used car, White Plains Honda will definitely be my go-to place!!! Convenient location, a lot of space, and places to eat or walk around while you're waiting :-) More

I was sold a lemon I purchased a 2006 Honda Accord. After having the car for 9 months, I have had to replace the timing belt & water pump & now the transmission just wen I purchased a 2006 Honda Accord. I was told by White Plains Honda Repair it would cost me $4800 to repair. I've called my sales rep & sales managers. All I hear is that they are looking into it & no calls back. My awesome experience I'm only 18 and this was my first time buying a car from a dealership, which I thought would be a pain, but surprisingly, Bob & Gustavo made this way I'm only 18 and this was my first time buying a car from a dealership, which I thought would be a pain, but surprisingly, Bob & Gustavo made this way easier than I thought it'd be and an overall great experience!
