He paid close attention to details like removing the E-Zee Pass decals from my windshield and fusing sunglasses in my trade in before I left the lot with my bee car. Very pleasurable to work with. Only improvement is for the dealership: in pandemic, there was not enough ventilation in the showroom and office area and the mask rule was not being consistently followed by both employees and other customers. Many were not wearing masks while working or talking for long periods of time inside, or were not wearing masks over their noses (just their mouths). Bob wore his mask properly at all times. More
