Two years ago, I was offered the best, no nonsense, no hassle, deal the first time I asked for a price. Since then, I have discovered Walter’s offers much more than just a good price. Both Ed and Bob are experienced drivers and are very knowledgeable about the characteristics of the various models. I regularly see Bob and the general manager, Ed McRae, when I visit the dealership or driving events, and they always have time to answer my questions or help with any issue I may have. It’s just like being a member of the family. As a result, I already have a good start on deciding which model to buy from Walter’s for my second car. I have had the pleasure of chatting a couple of times with the owner, Walter Kienle. During the conversations, it became clear that he has a policy of straightforward, fair treatment of the customers. This customer first attitude is reflected throughout the dealership. I recently leased a '15 GT3, working with salesman Bob McDonald, sales manager Pete Laban, and General Manager Ed McRae. This is now my 7th car from this same team in the last seven years, and my experience has been excellent every time. This time I'd ordered a '15 991 GTS, but shortly before it was due to arrive I started thinking seriously about a GT3 instead. Bob, Pete and Ed were extremely patient with me as I dithered between the two cars. Eventually Pete came up with the "tiebreaker" that made me decide to go with the GT3. Even though I'd specially ordered the GTS (and it was pretty well loaded with options) they didn't give me any grief whatever about the last minute change. Despite the fact that the GT3 is a very hot item at the moment, they even let me have the car at a better price than I could have expected. Once again it's a pleasure to work with the Walter's team. I don't expect that to be my last car from them, either. More

Both guys were extremely transparent about the cars history and some changes with the availability of the CPO warranty. With the GT3 being a less common car I have found that some dealerships are not very knowledgable about all of the details, but Bob and Ed know it all and were even familiar with the aftermarket parts on my trade-in 4S. My girlfriend and I had a great time talking with Bob while dealing with the paperwork. So much so that people were stopping by his office to see what we were all laughing about. Absolutely worth the drive from West LA. More
