His professionalism, knowledge, and easy-going manner make him the best car salesperson I've ever met. By a HUGE margin. A couple of months ago I ordered a new 991S. A short time later, Ii cancelled the order because I wanted to wait for information on the upcoming 991GTS. Many salespeople would have been upset at the loss of a quick sale, but Bob took it in stride. He said not to worry, he'd let me know all about the GTS as soon as he had the information. He was as good as his word, and promised me I'd be his first order when the GTS became available. I've now ordered that car for January delivery. I'm not thrilled about the standard wheel choices on the model, and Bob is working with me to arrange an alternative. You can't ask for more. On every purchase or lease I've also worked with Pete Laban as the sales manager. I've never met a friendlier or more knowledgeable person in that position. Walter's general manager, Ed McRae, is also first rate. He's always friendly and informative. I can't help but like him, even if I can never manage to catch him on the track at a Porsche Club event! I've said it before: at Walter's, I don't feel like a customer. I feel like a friend. I won't even consider any other Porsche dealer. More

They had the car I wanted on the lot, but it was not for sale. They were using it as a demo to take orders for cars that were shipping in February. I was so disappointed. My experience with Walter's Porsche was just the opposite. I spoke to Frank Avena on the phone before driving out from Orange County, He was straightforward and very helpful. When I arrived at the dealership Bob McDonald took me for a test drive and helped me select the Macan Turbo. The process was fairly quick and no hassle. I'm thrilled with the purchase. I highly recommend them for their exceptional service. Bob knows the cars well and took the time to show me all the tricks on the vehicle. More

After talking with Conrad Castillon, service manager, he stated that he would ask Porsche for goodwill assistance since the pump was a recall item, which although had already been replaced as well as the horn, that Porsche stands behind their cars and there might be a financial savings if agreed upon. To my surprise and delight, within a week, I received a phone call that both items would be covered 100%. The car was finished the next day, all clean and ready to drive home. I can say I have ever had a dealership/service manager go out of their way to help a customer. I was so impressed, that yesterday I ordered a new turbo cayenne. Walter's will be my dealership of choice. More
