I started my career at Lexus of Melbourne in the service department as a Service Consultant. They are friendly, supportive and strive to make every customer satisfied with their purchase and/or repair. Bob McGivney was very knowledgeable about the car I purchased. I was concerned about the RX350 fitting in my garage and Bob suggested we drive to my house so I could see for myself. He took the time to go over all the "bells and whistles" so I could have a leg up in learning about my car. I bought a 2015 model that had some slight imperfections on the driver's side door. Lexus Service Manager will make sure that the area is repainted to my satisfaction. Nicole DeVos helped me understand all the financing paperwork. This was a quick purchase experience as I was working against the clock with my car insurance provider. My experience was exceptional. I would highly recommend Lexus of Melbourne. More

They are the best! Ed Berins offered support now and later if needed. John Lohne is my service tech, he also offered support and advice, John always takes care of me and my cars. Lexus costs a little more but they are worth it, they are bulletproof and service is excellent. They replaced the interior of my old LS because of a defect, what other dealer would do that?? I would never own any other car. I am a customer for life... More
