It was hard to contact service. When I first called for service I was on hold for a while then when someone picked up it was sales. Trying to get a progress on my car was like pulling teeth only one person could talk to me. I understand they want the personal service but anyone should be able to answer a simple question. They were excellent on explaining things when I had ahold of them. When I went to pick it up I went to the desk they made me go to the service bay then back to the desk and once again only Brian could help me. The repair went well this time unlike last time. I then went to get more car wash the person I felt with did not know if they had it. I was very surprised and pleased that they let me have it. I was willing to pay. More

There's a Cadillac dealership a 1/4 of a mile away from me in Leominster (Durant's) I travel 25 mins to go to long for the service & to buy/lease my car. I tried the other place many times but the service me in Leominster (Durant's) I travel 25 mins to go to long for the service & to buy/lease my car. I tried the other place many times but the service dept & sales (thank you Ron) is by far not as good as Long. The people at Long Cadillac are Always friendly & helpfull I Bought tires from them & they were within $2 each of the big box store & I know they would be careful with my chrome wheels. The other place could even come close. Also to boot, Long gave me a loner car which the other place never did when I used them. My car is always washed when I leave longs unlike the other place. More
