replacement part I was very satisfied with my experience on Wednesday with DeNooyer. the service man; Bob. who took care of me was very good, courteous, and explain I was very satisfied with my experience on Wednesday with DeNooyer. the service man; Bob. who took care of me was very good, courteous, and explained everything to me as time went by. Unfortunately due to the Virus' situation he was unable to get the part I needed that day. But promised to call when it came in and took the time to explain to me that I could drive the car. He came to me several times while I waited to keep abreast of how things were progressing. He even took me out to my car. If I could deal with him again I would really like to. My only complaint is that a gentleman came into the waiting room without a mask and was coughing the whole time. I am not super cautious, but I am older and have a chronic lung condition which requires me using O2 constantly. I didn't want to make a big deal of it. But I was concerned. More
