I declined the rental car that was offered because I'm not local and not familiar with the area. I "camped out" in your nice lounge area with my lunch and book, preparing to be there at least until 14:00. Imagine my surprise when Brian handed me the key and told me the trax was done shortly after 10:00. Poor Brian. I gave him the biggest hug. We had never bought a new car before.
