Keep your distance I just purchased a used car from them. At the time of purchase I thought the process was great, they were friendly and transparent. But of course, onc I just purchased a used car from them. At the time of purchase I thought the process was great, they were friendly and transparent. But of course, once you try and show them the junk they sold you all of the sudden every manager is gone on an extended lunch or vacation. Anyway, the soft top (2008 Wrangler) was improperly stored, causing mold to form in my rear cargo area. Which is no big deal, stuff happens, along with all of the other minor issues I've noticed in my short month of owning this. However, the clutch in my car was noticeably showing signs of wear within 100 miles of my purchase. Which again, not a huge deal, it's a used car. But. within a week of owning the car, the clutch was slipping, popping out of gear, grinding, the pedal audibly crunches on compression and depression, 2nd gear is noticeably mis-timed, and more. I have reached out to Bob my salesman to try and talk with a manager about this, but every time the "right person" to talk to is gone, busy, or on vacation. Now, before I've even made my first payment the car is nearly un-drivable. I plan on going there this weekend, and showing up out of the blue instead of trying to schedule a time to talk to someone. They also sold me a car with existing safety recalls that were not disclosed to me. Clearly, when I thought I was purchasing from a reputable dealer, I was sorely mistaken. There's not a chance I will be referring anyone I know to this place, as there are far better, accountable, and more reliable dealerships within walking distance. More
