I visited AutoDirect and found an amazing selection of cars at great prices. I went in looking for some specific Jeep Grand Cherokee and ended up leaving with fully loaded Hyundai Veracruz for a really great price. Chad helped me out with the selection and was great, no-nonsense, just straight forward approach to answering all my questions. Doug helped me out with the financing and went the extra mile to get me the best deal out there. Bob the owner was tremendous, sat down and spoke to me about the warranty offers that were available and made sure I left the dealership with some protection for my new investment. He even discovered that the brakes, rotors and battery were all in need of replacement and had them all replaced for me at no charge. The car was cleaned and detailed when I picked it up and I am really happy with my purchase. You won't be disappointed in any way when dealing with the team at AutoDirect. I will bring my kids back there when they are ready for their car purchases. More

Impressive Customer Service I have never written a review for anything good or bad, but I really felt compelled to write this one. As most of us know, customer service seems to b I have never written a review for anything good or bad, but I really felt compelled to write this one. As most of us know, customer service seems to be really hard to come by these days. This was not the case in dealing with Auto Direct. I had read many positive reviews about Auto Direct so I decided to travel quite some distance to look at several trucks at both of their locations. I purchased a 2006 Dodge Ram pickup for my business. About six weeks later my biggest fears came true. One morning before work my truck would not start so I immediatly called Auto Direct and spoke to the owner Bob who right away put my mind at ease and set me up with a rental. He gave me the option of bringing the truck to his mechanic or the mechanic of my own choice. I brought it to my local mechanic. It turned out it needed a new fuel pump which is not cheap in a full-sized truck. They also pointed out that the air conditioning unit had to be replaced. I was immediatly concerned because I understood this was to be expected on an older vehicle with considerable miles. I called Auto Direct (Bob) back with the news. Bob once again put me at ease and told me not to worry and to get it fixed which I did and he paid for everything including the towing from my house to my mechanic! I have never met any business or anyone who cared so much for their customers! Someone told me a story once how you can get rich selling cars with bad customer service and how you can rich with good customer service. It is very clear which philosophy Auto Direct lives by. This is a genuine, honest and customer caring dealership and will recommend to everyone! More

Great car buying experience! 2012 elantra limited I absolutely hate car shopping. I've had numerous bad experiences at car dealerships and wasted a lot of time. I loved this place! Got me back rolling! I purchased an '07 Nissan Maxima (Black Beauty).... After reading a bunch of reviews and seeing their inventory the Maxima started calling me, so I c I purchased an '07 Nissan Maxima (Black Beauty).... After reading a bunch of reviews and seeing their inventory the Maxima started calling me, so I called Bob and he walked me through everything that was expected from me and everything that was going to take place. Low and behold that's exactly how my purchase experience occurred. Nothing more or added surprises. Bill was my salesperson and he was very knowledgeable with all my questions and even helped me get a little more than I bargained for! Shouts out to Bill. With that being said I am loving my car and currently referring others to purchase from Auto Direct Cars! More

I found a couple of cars that I was interested in on their website, and Chad patiently went through each one of them with me and eventually helped me find something that I loved, that was within my budget. Not only was he honest, but I never felt pressured to make a purchase. I also spoke to Bob who was very friendly, and made sure to convey that they stand behind their cars. I would definitely buy from them again, and I highly recommend Chad he was really helpful! More

2010 honda crv Not happy at all with this dealer considering the issues that have arisen since purchased and would never recommend anyone to this dealer. Have had nothing but issues since the purchase of this vehicle including bad brake job done (incorrect brake pads put on which could of been dangerous), shimmy in front end which is still happening even after new tires that I had to pay half of after having the car for only 3 weeks along with faulty paint job. Great Experience I bought a 2011 Hyundaii Sonata in june the process was pretty good. 2 weeks later a low pressure sign popped up I called & spoke to bob and they fixe I bought a 2011 Hyundaii Sonata in june the process was pretty good. 2 weeks later a low pressure sign popped up I called & spoke to bob and they fixed it right away & free of charge. 1 month later my car had trouble starting i called bob once again, they checked it out and saw that I needed a new starter and once again they took care of everything free of charge !! I was pretty surprised at that. my car hasn't had any problems since then im satisfied & i know that if anything happens I can call bob. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any & everyone : ) More
