EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! I researched the cars on the website, and found "The One". I Stalked the website for almost 1 1/2 weeks to make sure that car was still there! I called and spoke to Bob, who was one of the most personable and nicest people ever! He assured me hat MY car was there and made sure I know where to go! One week ago today I bought MY 2013 Hyundai Elantra from Chad and Doug! They worked with me to help me get the car that I wanted, not just some random anything! I thank all these guys and I would recommend them to EVERYONE! As would my mother, seeing that she was with me throughout the whole process! More

Needed a Second Vehicle I was in the market for a second car for my wife. I went to a couple other dealerships before I met Bob and Chad. The experiences I had at the other d I was in the market for a second car for my wife. I went to a couple other dealerships before I met Bob and Chad. The experiences I had at the other dealerships were horrific (putting it lightly). I found Auto Direct Cars on Google. They had a very impressive website, so my wife and I went to see them. We walked into the sales office, and was greeted by Bob. Bob introduced us to the entire staff. When asked if he could help us we told him the vehicle we were looking for. His only question was "How much did you want to spend?" We told him, he took us outside and showed us about ten beautiful, well maintained vehicles in our price range. My wife picked out a beautiful Blue Ford Escape in about 10 minutes Chad had us approved with a payment we could afford. Thank you, Bob, Chad, and the rest of the gang for all your help. More

Great Customer Service I started searching for a car for my wife online & came across three cars I was interested in. After doing a little more research I came across a car I started searching for a car for my wife online & came across three cars I was interested in. After doing a little more research I came across a car that after a couple comparisons Auto Direct had the car I liked the most. It has low miles and a great low price after visiting. I chose not to go look at no other vehicle I found my wife's new used car. There customer service was awesome and the was very polite , never pressured us about any vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends that are jn the market for a vehicle. More

The staff is extremely professional and makes you feel welcome and at ease during the purchase process. I had been searching for a vehicle in the local area for a few months to replace my aging car. In my experience at other dealerships, the sellers were all about striking deals and pushing me to buy. This would be my first car loan, so I had my father assist me during the process. At Auto Direct I never felt any pressure to make a purchase. Bob was extremely attentive to us when we initially visited on a busy Saturday. He listened to our needs and made recommendations based on our ability to finance and budget. Bob and Chad worked very hard to get a car that would be a financial fit for us. Everyone on staff that I worked with was courteous and in the end I am very satisfied with my purchase of a 2005 Hyundai Elantra. I have been driving my Hyundai for a week and couldn't be happier! The car rides like a dream, is great on gas, has under 50k miles and I can drive in confidence knowing I have a reliable vehicle. Overall excellent customer service and experience! Thank you again! I was helped by Micheal the first time I went to look at the truck and he was very helpful and straight up with me. Then when I went to purchasee truck I was helped by the owner Bob. He is a great guy he really worked with our budget and was not pushy at all. Then we met his son Chad who deals with all the financing and he was very nice as well. Overall great experience. More

First Car Loan Experience. Very good experience! I was looking for a car that I could call my own back in early November. I have saved up a couple thousand dollars and my parents were willing to offe I was looking for a car that I could call my own back in early November. I have saved up a couple thousand dollars and my parents were willing to offer to help out. I chose this location for its proximity to my home, and I am glad I did. Their selection is unparalleled with any other. They have a huge variety of cars in stock. Initially, I chose a Park Avenue Buick for its price and leather seats. After test driving it, I though it would pretty good. Since this was a used car with no warranty, the salesman, Bob, was willing to accept our offer to have a local car mechanic, of my choosing, to take a look at it. The diagnosis was grim for that car, being it was almost 15 years old. Then, I found a really great 2005 Mazda 6. On the outside and the inside, it was beautiful. A few small ticks here and there, but in much better shape then the Buick. I took it to my local car mechanic and he agreed that it was a great car, with just a few, small maintenance issues. Bob even offered to buy some floor mats that were missing from the vehicle and pay for the first full tank of gas. When it came to purchase, Bob was very supportive, making sure I understood all the costs associated, from taxes, warranties, and more. It was all itemized on the agreement, which I carefully signed. Unfortunately, almost a few weeks after I drove off the lot, I was involved in a car accident with an 18-wheeler. Everyone involved is okay. However, my poor Mazda has had better days. Thankfully, it was insured, and it really made me appreciate the GAP insurance that Auto Direct Cars mentioned in the purchasing of this car. If the car body shop had totaled it, I would have been on the hook for thousands of dollars. Luckily, I did not have to do that. But I am glad they mentioned the extremely useful insurance. If I were to buy another car later in the future, I might stop by here again. Just to see the great selection and the very helpful and courteous staff. Thanks Bob!! :) More
