awesomely sincere purchasing a vehicle was not planned, someone backed up into my Mercedes C class, the insurance company decided not to fix my car. I immediately start purchasing a vehicle was not planned, someone backed up into my Mercedes C class, the insurance company decided not to fix my car. I immediately started looking all over the internet for something I liked and could afford. AutoDirect had the only car, a Mercedes E class. Bob even stayed a bit late for me to rush over and look at the one I wanted. Both Bob and Chad were amazing, understanding the situation and giving me the needed time to get the insurance check and the Credit Union finances together. At no time did they pressure me, call me asking for updates. They helped me and my daughters immensely by holding the Mercedes E320 until I cold finalize the deal. I cannot say enough for they did for my family. More
