After extensive online research, I contacted Bob to schedule an appointment. The car was immediately prepared on my arrival, and I was able to do a test drive with Doug. The car was in a good condition (no accident, regular maintenance records etc.), so I decided to purchase it. Since I was a bit afraid of taking it home by myself (about 10 miles away from the dealership, but it's been a long time since I used to drive), I asked Bob & Doug whether the car could be delivered home safely with help of any person at the dealership. Very thankfully, Gep & Michael helped me to bring the car to my place. Gep kindly explained additional details about how to use each part of the car, too. Overall, both the quality of cars they have & their attitude toward customers were touching. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I took them for a drive and picked one. They told me everything I would need to make a purchase. So I went back the next day and in 45 min was out of there with my new truck. I love the fact that there is no pressure and no feeling of swimming in a shark tank. I also love that when we had a question about the battery in the car we were about to purchase that they were ready to replace it with no hassle...in fact they explained that it was just the right thing to do. This is just one example on how they demonstrated that they value their customers...no matter what price range. I know we would definitely recommend and return to them in the future. Very impressed! We had been looking and pricing this exact vehicle for a couple months and when we spotted this low mileage unit, we couldn't resist. Bob worked diligently with us for 2 weeks to get the car ready, the paperwork ready and to ensure our round trip was smooth and pleasant given how far we were travelling and putting our trust in him that the vehicle was in fact what he promised it to be and we were not disappointed. Bob, his son Chad, and his team were great to work with and while I arrived with some reservations, I left feeling as if I had made some new friends!!! More
