Never had such a great car buying experience. I found a 2005 ford explorer through Auto Direct Cars website. I expressed to Bob over the phone that my credit was not that great, he told me to stop I found a 2005 ford explorer through Auto Direct Cars website. I expressed to Bob over the phone that my credit was not that great, he told me to stop in and bring some of my pay stubs, and any bills that come to my address in my name. I stopped in a few days later, and worked with Doug. Doug was very confident that I would get approved for a loan. He called me back a few hours later and said that everything was good to go! Even better my payments were lower than I expected. Now being a former mechanic I looked the car over and found a few minor issues, Doug made a list, and when I went to pick the SUV up all had been repaired by their mechanic, they even had a repair order! I have been to plenty of car dealerships before, and even worked at one as a mechanic, and have to see this is the best car buying experience I have had! They are not pushy in any sense, and are very friendly. Even better the owner, Bob called me a few times from his personal number to thank me and to see how the vehicle is. I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends! We will be using them again in the future. Thank you! -Kevin- More

Great Service at a Great Price I found out about this this company through Cars.com. My dad and I went to the Delran Location to check out a couple of vehicles and met Mike. He was a great all around guy who gave us great insight on many different vehicles and most importantly made us feel at home. They were very patient with us and took a lot of their time to make sure that we found the best vehicle for me. Mike encouraged us to go to other dealerships to look around, showing the confidence that their vehicles would be the best in the area. And their confidence prevailed! The vehicles I looked at there were the best vehicles for the best prices. Mike ensured us that they put in the time and effort to make their cars look and feel as if they were brand new, and you could tell; all of the cars we looked at were in great condition on both the outside and in. The whole team there was very laid back and ready to help whenever needed. Overall it was a great first time buying experience for me, and my father also had an enjoyable experience. We will definitely come back to Auto Direct when needed to potentially purchase another vehicle. More
