Buying from Austin Texas I found a Car from Auto Direct Cars online. I actually found a lot of cars. The follow up and follow through from these guys was far above the others. I flew in and they gave me a ride to the dealership on a holiday. The car was as advertised. I bought it and drove it back to Austin. There were a few trim items that were not to their standard so they had them ordered before I got there and sent them to me. I ran into a problem with the A/C but they also took care of that. I would recommend Auto Direct cars to friends and family. More

My daughter had been saving up for years to buy her own car so it really meant a lot to both of us to find something she “loved”. She had been shopping around, but hadn’t had any luck with other dealers. After test driving a couple of cars at Auto Direct Cars she chose a beautiful Mini Cooper that was in good shape with low milage. Even after a costly mechanical problem was discovered after the purchase, Bob worked with us to get it repaired in a timely fashion at no additional cost. My daughter is happy, which means I’m happy! "Friendly and Knowledgeable Sales Staff" I went to the dealership to purchase a Mercedes E320 almost a month from Bob, the owner of Auto Direct Cars. I called the dealership and inquired abo I went to the dealership to purchase a Mercedes E320 almost a month from Bob, the owner of Auto Direct Cars. I called the dealership and inquired about a Mercedes E320 that he had advertised on the internet. When I got there the next day, the car was sold a few hours before I got there. I was heart broken. It was a really nice car with low mileage. He invited me to look around at his remaining inventory and see if there was anything else that I maybe interested in. I informed him that I was interested in one of the Mercedes C320 that he had in his inventory and he invited me to take it on a test drive. The auto was extremely clean and had very low mileage on it. I agreed to purchase it and agreed to return the next day to pick it up. When I returned the next day with a friend, we both decided that the C Class was a little to small for me. So I informed Bob that I was going on vacation the next day and would talk to him when I returned. When I returned to the dealership about four days after I got back, Bob was happy to see me and asked if I saw another can that peaked my interest. I informed him that I was interested in the 2001 Mercedes S430, Silver with grey interior. He asked if I wanted to take it out for a test drive and the rest is history. I really liked the car, It was very clean, and well maintained with only 80,000 miles on it. I sat down to do the paperwork, which took about 20 minutes to complete, and agreed to return the next day with everything required to complete the deal. Which I did! I drove away the next day a happy man! More

Impressive customer service. I have to say this customer service was quite shocking. I came from out of state, almost 2 hour to check out one of there vehicles. After looking over I have to say this customer service was quite shocking. I came from out of state, almost 2 hour to check out one of there vehicles. After looking over the car from the online post, I found out I was dealing with the owner not just a salesman. We discussed the financials, got approved. and was able to take the car home that same night. They made buying an easy and straight-forward process. He even kept in contact after the sale to make a few more adjustments in regards to services. Just got my plates in the mail, and had to say I was impressed. More
